Shipping policy

For UK addresses, we use Royal Mail Tracked 24. Delivery costs £4.99 for orders below £50 and is free for orders of £50 or more. We dispatch orders placed before 4pm on the same day.

Where delivery is available outside the UK, the shipping service, charge and estimated delivery time for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Those checkout details apply to your order.

If you have a question about delivery or an order, contact us at hello@onyx-dental.co.uk or through our contact page.

For returns, see our Shipping & Returns page and refund policy.
